Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Internet customers and prospects via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles and satisfying their transportation needs.
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online resources.
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Respond to email inquiries frequently and promptly.
• Understand the psychology of Internet customers to draw them into the store for vehicle demonstrations.
• Establish personal income goals consistent with dealership productivity standards and devise strategies to meet those goals.
• Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories and their benefits to customers.
• Attend product and sales training as requested by the sales manager.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
