About the position

The Automotive Internet Sales Coordinator at Crossroads Nissan Inc. serves as a vital communication link between clients and the dealership, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and effective management of online sales leads. This role involves monitoring website inventory, managing social media presence, and providing training on CRM tools, all while contributing to a family-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the essential communications link between the client and the dealership.
  • Receive inbound and make outbound sales calls.
  • Monitor leads for all departments and ensure timely responses (20-minutes for first response).
  • Monitor and verify website inventory merchandising on individual and lead provider websites (Autotrader, Cars.com, Craigslist).
  • Manage social media presence, including posting on Facebook and Twitter using Hoot Suite.
  • Provide monthly campaign reporting for marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the CRM tool and educate personnel on entering new employees into the system.

Requirements

  • Automotive BDC experience preferred.
  • Intermediate internet and computer skills needed.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
