About the position

The Automotive Lot Manager at Ira Subaru, part of Group 1 Automotive, is responsible for overseeing the management of the dealership's vehicle lot. This role involves coordinating the reconditioning of vehicles, managing the key system, and ensuring that vehicles are ready for display. Responsibilities

• Assist with reconditioning of vehicles.
• Responsible for management of dealership's key system.
• Act as intermediary and conduit between Sales / Service / Prep departments to get vehicles ready for display.
• Move vehicles around lot as needed.
• Enter vehicles and keys and fobs into computerized key machine.
• Take merchandising photos of all vehicles.
• Prepare and label vehicles on the lot.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Related automotive experience
• Ability to think critically and problem solve to arrange new & used cars on lot
• Very good with taking and uploading photos
• Tech and computer savvy
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
• Good time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
