The Maintenance Technician position at Bridgestone Retail Operations is an entry-level role focused on servicing vehicles as part of a dedicated team. Responsibilities
- Learn how to diagnose and repair basic automotive issues including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical systems.
- Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
- Install and perform tire maintenance.
- Install batteries, shock absorbers, and check electrical systems.
- Road test vehicles to ensure proper functioning.
- Develop the ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
- Maintain a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
Requirements
- Experience in the automotive service industry preferred.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills are necessary.
