About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our close-knit team of automotive industry leaders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating and implementing digital marketing projects, with a focus on managing our social media accounts, advertising efforts, and brand promotion for our automotive dealership. This role is crucial in supporting our management team and enhancing our dealership's brand presence within the community. In this position, you will oversee the dealership's website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure that our content is regularly updated with timely and accurate information. You will assist management in achieving our goals by developing and launching effective digital marketing strategies for advertising, public relations, and communication plans. Additionally, you will maintain our social media platforms, engaging with our audience and managing all marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will also include creating monthly marketing campaign breakdowns based on our analytics from web and social media, allowing you to recommend key improvements and identify growth opportunities. You will produce polished and on-brand product marketing materials, including website content, advertisement copy, social media posts, and other collateral that reflects our dealership's values and mission.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the dealership's website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with timely and accurate information.
  • Assist management to achieve goals by developing and launching digital marketing strategies for advertising, PR, and communication plans.
  • Maintain our social media platforms, including messages to our audience and all marketing campaigns.
  • Create monthly marketing campaign breakdowns of our analytics on web and social to recommend key improvements and identify growth opportunities.
  • Produce product marketing materials including website content, advertisement copy, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of previous experience in a marketing role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Google Suite, email and social media platforms, analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of creating strategy and implementing digital ads.
  • Understanding of the automotive industry.
