Responsibilities
- Provide superior automotive service including engine analysis, fuel injection, steering/suspension, exhaust, and computer-controlled systems.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems including struts, shocks, cooling/heating, and brakes.
- Understand under-hood mechanics and undercarriage assemblies.
- Participate in weekly technician meetings to discuss shop efficiency and improvements.
- Mentor entry-level technicians and support them in their training programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
- ASE certifications are required for experienced technicians.
- Proficiency in executing comprehensive diagnostics and repairs across various automotive systems is necessary.
