- Diagnose customer concerns and perform repairs in a timely manner
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections
- Communicate well with Service Advisors
- Document and summarize vehicle inspections, diagnosis and repair notes in written form
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Follow all shop procedures
- Follow all safety precautions
Requirements
- 3 years current experience in all phases of automotive diagnosis and repair in a retail environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Demonstrate consistent efficiency when diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles
- Clean driving record
- Good problem solving skills
