About the position

The Automotive Deposit Clerk at Classic Auto Group is responsible for managing daily bank deposits, performing account reconciliations, and handling various data entry tasks. This role supports the financial operations of the dealership by ensuring accurate reporting and auditing processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily bank deposits
• Perform basic account reconciliation
• Conduct data entry duties
• Generate internal reports for management
• Audit store petty cash
• Conduct audits for the used car department

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Entry-level experience in a similar role
