Responsibilities

• Use our proprietary process to repair ding and dent damage for customers, either on a mobile route or at an assigned location.
• Review your work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate to gain approval and build business.
• Get involved in training other Techs and work with your manager to prospect new accounts.

Requirements

• Excellent Communication Skills: Interact with customers and build accounts.
• Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and Grit: Work outside in all kinds of weather.
• Physical Stamina: Kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Manual Dexterity: Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.
• Valid Driver's License: A good driving record is a must.
