This fast-paced position requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to perform various tasks related to parts inventory and housekeeping procedures.
Responsibilities
- Getting parts orders ready for pick-up
- Organizing parts area
- Picking/pulling parts for all orders
- Ensures cleanliness of the parts department by disposing of used boxes and trash
- Delivering parts internally
- Assisting Parts Advisors
- Packaging parts orders and shipping
- Processing Returns
- Ensures parts and cores are billed and/or credited
- Inspection of body panels
- Delivers parts to Technicians
- Ensures returns are processed in a timely manner
- Identify and report all overages and shortages
- Notify appropriate personnel of issues with orders.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- No prior experience or training required
- Basic computer knowledge
- Basic typing skills.
