- Maintain accurate records of invoices and repair orders, including pricing and delivery estimates.
- Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage multiple parts orders and sales simultaneously.
- Participate in team planning and release meetings.
- Process transactions in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Utilize training to gain product knowledge and assist customers effectively.
- Handle administrative processes in compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience in a Parts Department.
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals in a Parts Department.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Prior experience in sales, inventory reconciliation, and parts cataloging.
- Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience and desire to work with technology.
- Must have a valid, in-state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
