About the position
The Automotive Parts Counter Salesperson at Ken Ganley Westside Imports is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the parts department of a high-volume multi-brand dealership. This role involves selling automotive parts to various customers, assisting them in selecting the right parts, and ensuring timely updates on stock availability and order status.
Responsibilities
- Selling parts to repair shop, retail, and wholesale customers
- Assisting customers in selecting required parts and suggesting additional related parts
- Providing timely updates on availability of stock and ETA of orders
- Answering phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
Requirements
- Previous dealership or aftermarket automotive parts sales experience
- Proficiency in CDK is a plus
- A working knowledge of automotive systems
- Excellent computer and computer skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Positive attitude with a desire to succeed
