Responsibilities
- Distribute parts with proper invoices or repair orders
- Credit returns in a timely/orderly manner - within 48 hours
- Charge out merchandise using the Dealer Management System
- Inspect items before leaving the dealership as required
- Inspect returns as per policy
- Access, look up, price, and order parts
- Maintain order logs and ensure sufficient inventory on hand
- Keep shelves stocked and organized
- Deliver parts
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in the retail auto parts business
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen
- Team-oriented and flexible
- Strong customer service skills
