Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and bill all parts
• Maintain proper storage of parts
• Stock shelves
• Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones
• Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping
• Pick-up and delivery of parts
• Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean
• Maintain a superior level of customer service
• Other duties as directed by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required, some college preferred
• 1-2 years of prior automotive parts experience from a retail parts outlet or dealership setting
• Computer literacy
• Valid driver's license with few to no points on driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Organizational skills
• Pallet jack experience preferred
