About The Position

Requirements

  • Two or more years of related experience in an automotive parts department required
  • One or more years of Ford Dealership experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a process-driven environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver license in the state of employment and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and file daily service and parts deposit
  • Reconcile vendor statements identifying possible discrepancies between invoices and expenses
  • Keep on top of AR statements, ensuring timely payment of invoices
  • Complete check requests for credit card transactions and make purchase orders
  • Accurately reconcile intercompany transactions
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
