About the position

The Automotive Parts Support Specialist Level 1 at Precision Raceworks, LLC is a full-time role focused on providing outstanding customer support in the automotive aftermarket performance parts industry. The position requires a self-motivated individual who is passionate about automotive performance and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. The specialist will manage customer interactions across various platforms, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming/outgoing customer calls
  • Respond to all emails daily
  • Respond to social media messages (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
  • Respond to social media comments (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer and dealer accounts and file documents (as needed)
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and achieve excellent customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Logistics manager with orders and shipments
  • Partner with the Procurement manager about inventory
  • Process orders and returns in our inventory system
  • Help grow our brand through our dealer network
  • Help with packing orders if needed
  • Loading and unloading deliveries if needed
  • Be a team member who will step up and help when they can

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Quick, Efficient and Accurate Typing Skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of cars and parts (Headlights, Taillights, Body kits, etc.) is a must
  • Fast learner

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Shopify and ShipStation is a plus but not required
  • Sales background is a plus
  • Knowledge of BMW, VW, or Audi (Plus)
  • Automotive Enthusiast (Required)
