About the position

Our client, a reputable chain of dealerships, is seeking a dedicated individual to manage their payroll operations in a permanent capacity. This role is crucial for ensuring that all employees are compensated accurately and on time, contributing to the overall satisfaction and productivity of the workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR department to address any payroll-related inquiries and assist in the resolution of payroll discrepancies. This is an immediate opening, and the pay will depend on experience, typically ranging from $13 to $17 per hour. The workplace is conveniently located just north of Downtown Orlando, providing easy access for employees.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
