Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and greet customers in a professional manner.
  • Review and confirm appointments for the current business day, including rescheduling as necessary.
  • Manage and organize incoming customer concerns, informing management when necessary.
  • Ensure valid payment methods are taken and authorized for appropriate amounts, completing daily reports.
  • Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions within reasonable time limits using dealership's CRM, phone, text, and email.
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers and fellow employees.
  • Maintain accurate and complete information about customer concerns, tracking progress until resolution.
  • Engage customers proactively when needs are detected, often before being asked.
  • Collaborate with other dealership personnel to resolve customer questions or concerns.
  • Understand and adhere to automotive manufacturer's standards for customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
