Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor Repair Technicians.
  • Consult with Service Advisors to ensure appropriate work is assigned according to Repair Technician's skill level.
  • Verify that all repairs and maintenance on all vehicles is completed accurately and professionally.
  • Ensure communication between Car Care Center and customer, keeping them updated on repairs.
  • Supervise adherence to all AAA Car Care policies and procedures.
  • Verify that all repairs are properly completed by re-testing repaired systems.
  • Accurately complete paperwork, including repair information and state inspections.
  • Assist in the hiring and evaluation of Repair Technicians and training of staff.
  • Open and close Car Care store and ensure adequate scheduling.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree in Automotive Technology or ASE Certification a plus).
  • 4 years' experience in the automotive repair industry.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to complete satisfactory Pre-Employment Screenings (background check and drug screening).
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
