About the position

AAA is seeking motivated Automotive Repair Technicians at various levels (A, B, and C) to join their Car Care Repair Team in New Jersey. The role focuses on accurately repairing customer vehicles and enhancing customer satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on technical skills and safety procedures. Technicians will work in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills and develop additional technical skills.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Accurately perform repairs and maintenance on all vehicles as specified in manufacturer-designed procedures or accepted industry practices.

Requirements

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications or ability to obtain in 12 months (paid by AAA).
• State Safety and Emissions license preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 75 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Satisfactory employment screening results including criminal, drug, and motor vehicle.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in automotive repair or maintenance.
• Familiarity with state-of-the-art automotive equipment.
