About the position

AAA is seeking motivated Automotive Repair Technicians at various skill levels (A, B, and C) to join our Car Care Repair Teams in Leesburg and Purcellville, VA. The role focuses on accurately repairing customer vehicles and enhancing customer satisfaction, contributing to AAA's commitment to exceptional service. Technicians will work in a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform repairs and maintenance on all vehicles as specified in manufacturer-designed procedures or accepted industry practices.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills and develop additional technical skills for flexibility in work assignments.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications or ability to obtain in 12 months (paid by AAA).
• State Safety and Emissions license preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 75 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Satisfactory employment screening results including criminal, drug, and motor vehicle.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in automotive repair or maintenance.
