Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls to assist the Client Care Division.
  • Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management.
  • Satisfy the vehicle needs of Internet-generated customers.
  • Collaborate with the Client Care Division to assist with incoming internet email and phone leads.
  • Respond to appointments made and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits professionally.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicles based on their needs.
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and accessories to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Understand the psychology of internet customers to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
  • Direct customers to product information resources available online.
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.

Requirements

  • Quality customer service skills and a proven sales track record.
  • Ability to work full-time, including Saturdays and some evenings.
  • Confident, pleasant, and professional demeanor.
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
  • Possess time management skills and the ability to work independently.
