Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the car buying process
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs and budget
• Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements

• Excellent phone etiquette to effectively communicate with customers
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
• Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts
• Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, to cater to a diverse market
• Experience in sales management or outside sales is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency is highly desired
