As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in helping customers find their perfect vehicle while being supported by a team of highly motivated professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads from top providers, ensuring timely follow-up and appointment scheduling.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the sales process.
  • Be the expert on our vehicles—know the details, features, and latest technology to assist customers.
  • Provide customers with detailed information, answer questions, and offer additional photos or details as needed.
  • Maintain customer interest by sending regular promotional emails and staying in touch.
  • Align customer needs with the right vehicle and financing options, and close the sale.
  • Track leads to ensure the highest level of sales and resource effectiveness.
  • Submit accurate and complete records for both the dealership and the customer.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks while meeting and exceeding deadlines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
  • Clean driving record with valid driver license.
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
