About the position
Landmark Dodge is one of the most established automotive dealerships in the Kansas City area and is looking to add 4 salespeople to its sales team. We need your expertise in growing our business. This position offers unlimited earning potential, with our top salesperson expected to earn roughly $163K this year. The dealership is located on the Miracle Mile, providing access to an unlimited number of loyal customers.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate vehicle options.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
