Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot, providing a positive and memorable experience.
• Identify and understand the needs of potential buyers and match them to the appropriate vehicle.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
• Use effective sales techniques to negotiate and close deals with customers.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
• Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques to develop a customer base and establish repeat business.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chevrolet products, features, and accessories.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support and assistance.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required; post-secondary education a plus.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with technology and comfortable with learning new systems.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bi-Lingual Spanish or Portuguese a HUGE PLUS!!!
