The Automotive Sales Associate at Haus of Imports is a full-time position focused on generating sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers. This position is strictly commission-based, offering the potential to earn significant income based on sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Organize and prioritize leads to maximize sales opportunities
- Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales goals
- Upsell additional products and services to customers
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up with potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively market and promote vehicles to potential customers
- Experience in public speaking or presenting is beneficial
- Eager and energetic individual to keep up with our high volume store
