About the position
El Paso Honda is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Sales Associates to join their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to earn unlimited income while providing high-quality customer service in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process and showcasing the features of various vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
- Take customers on test drives while explaining the technological and safety features of the vehicles.
- Make calls and send emails to clients to generate business and maintain relationships.
- Present products by understanding characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles; and explaining warranties and services.
Requirements
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and days, including some weekends and holidays.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous car sales experience is recommended but not required.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
