Our Automotive Sales Associates are expected to drive sales and leases of new and used vehicles at our dealership, exceeding volume and customer satisfaction targets. Automotive Sales Associates will be responsible for selling and leasing a minimum of 10 units per month, which requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and a thorough understanding of the products offered. In addition to direct sales, Automotive Sales Associates will greet customers as they enter the dealership showroom or sales lot, offering assistance and direction. They will explain product performance, applications, and benefits to prospects, ensuring that customers are well-informed before making a purchase decision. Test drives are a key part of the sales process, and Associates will be responsible for following dealership procedures to obtain proper identification from customers prior to these drives. The position also involves utilizing the dealership's sales control and follow-up system to maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. A commitment to customer satisfaction is paramount, and Associates must be knowledgeable about the federal, state, and local laws governing retail automobile sales. Regular attendance at product and sales training courses is expected to stay updated on the latest offerings and sales techniques.
