About the position

The Automotive Sales Associate at Betten Baker Group is a full-time role focused on building customer relationships and providing exceptional service in the automotive sales environment. The position requires a motivated individual who thrives in a competitive team setting and is dedicated to creating a positive buying experience for customers. The associate will be responsible for understanding product offerings, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and following up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships & create customers for life.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert, knowing the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
