About the position

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the BDC team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisor role within a BDC or sales environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Nice-to-haves
