• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments for customers before vehicle selection.
• Present vehicles based on clients' needs and wants, demonstrating features and benefits.
• Facilitate paperwork and deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring a smooth transaction.
• Sign customers up for their first service appointment at delivery.
• Perform ongoing customer contact to promote loyalty and retention.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
