Responsibilities

  • Greet customers who come onto the lot and in the store.
  • Place outgoing calls to past and present customers.
  • Enter customers into our Customer Resource Management Software (CRM).
  • Negotiate terms and down payment with customers as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Coordinate vehicle selections with the sales manager.
  • Cultivate enriching relationships to create clientele for life.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening to their responses.
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Sales experience required.
  • Good communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
