Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers entering the showroom or sales lot.
- Guide customers in selecting the perfect vehicle by understanding their needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of product features, applications, and benefits.
- Present available optional equipment to enhance the customer's driving experience.
- Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct professional and informative vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
- Master objection handling, sales closing techniques, and follow company sales protocols.
- Regularly update the Sales Manager on progress, objectives, and activities.
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience preferred.
- Comfortable working on a commission-based salary structure.
