About the position

The Automotive Sales Manager at Ken Garff Automotive Group is responsible for leading a team of Sales Advisors, setting clear goals, and mentoring team members to achieve optimal results. This role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and a strong drive for results while fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the company's core values of respect, intelligence, growth, honesty, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Sales Advisors and other team members by setting clear goals and objectives.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve optimal results.
  • Assist Sales Advisors in closing deals whenever necessary.
  • Develop improvement programs for individuals who are failing to reach objectives.
  • Promote teamwork by developing and mentoring Sales Advisors.
  • Make recommendations regarding car inventory needs and assist in advertising campaigns and promotions.
  • Follow up on all leads to maximize ROI on online marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Prior sales manager or F&I experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record required.
  • Must be able to provide references upon request.
