About the position
The Automotive Sales Professional at Premier Automotive Group is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including conducting test drives, negotiating pricing, and completing necessary paperwork. Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is a plus
- Knowledge of dealership operations and sales processes is beneficial
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proven track record in sales or outside sales is desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales management experience is a plus
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing and profit calculations
