Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to accurately diagnose problems and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and associated costs to customers, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's workload efficiently.
• Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive service advising within the automotive industry, preferably with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and/or Ram.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components, including diagnostic procedures and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications used for estimating, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Prior experience with CDK is a huge plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
