About the position

The Automotive Service Advisor (CSA) at Jiffy Lube is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience from the moment the vehicle arrives until the keys are returned. This role involves making tailored service recommendations, overseeing quality product installations, and maintaining communication with guests to enhance their satisfaction. The CSA plays a crucial role in driving sales and gross profit while adhering to Jiffy Lube's Guest First strategy, and has the authority to coach and guide team members to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provides and ensures excellent, professional 'Guest First' care for all automotive services available.
• Ensures a positive consultative approach during the check-in process.
• Accurately captures the guest's product needs and provides updates throughout the entire process to create a WOW experience.
• Encourages collaboration among team members and creates a feeling of belonging for guests and teammates.
• Maintains or exceeds sales mix targets while achieving high guest satisfaction by building relationships and trust.
• Gives impartial advice to ensure guests are aware of manufacturer-recommended service needs.
• Delivers quality service at all times.
• Carries out other duties and projects necessary for the position.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills for accurate data entry.
• Strong communication skills to assist customers.
• Organizational skills to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Valid driver's license.
