  • Generate estimates, suggest services, and advise on current promotional products/services.
  • Advise customers on routine vehicle care and the value of maintenance according to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Communicate targeted completion times to customers and follow up with progress calls/emails regarding any changes.
  • Document repair and maintenance changes on repair orders.
  • Resolve customer complaints and questions effectively.
  • Establish and maintain strong positive working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI) ratings as set by the dealership service manager.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Consistent and stable work history.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
