About the position
The Automotive Service Advisor at Landers Ford North is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their vehicle service needs. This role involves greeting customers, documenting their concerns, consulting on service options, and ensuring effective communication throughout the service process. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction scores and will be part of a dynamic and growing dealership team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with inquiries.
- Perform vehicle walk around and document customer concerns.
- Consult with customers on applicable service specials.
- Prioritize required services and provide options upon request.
- Document declines for services and follow up on future service considerations.
- Keep customers informed on completion times and service expenses.
- Remain involved with the delivery of the vehicle to address customer concerns.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, ensuring customers are well-handled.
- Build relationships with customers and answer questions about their vehicles.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor is required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage customer inquiries effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to keep customers informed.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in service writing is preferred.
