Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring automotive maintenance and repair services.
- Greet customers and assess their service needs, providing guidance and recommendations based on vehicle inspections and history.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate repair orders with the service department.
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Review service estimates with customers, explaining recommended repairs and obtaining approval for work.
- Process payments for services rendered.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience required.
