Responsibilities

• Field inbound and make outbound phone calls daily to promote service and gain new growth for the Service Departments.
• Generate service appointments for the dealer group.
• Efficiently record all customer interaction activity in the Company's customer database system.
• Communicate effectively with service customers.
• Utilize phone, internet, and email to communicate with customers regarding their service needs.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Driver's License.
• Proficient phone and communication skills.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Highly organized.
