Fred Beans Toyota of Flemington is looking for an Energetic and experienced person to drive our Service Lane! As a customer-focused leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service in the automotive industry, you will assist all dealership personnel in resolving any potential concern with customer service, vehicle service, or repairs as necessary. You will know, understand, use, and teach all the manufacturers' and in-house warranties, policies, and procedures to ensure prompt handling of all repair orders, warranty claims, sublet invoices, and inspect Service Writers desks weekly for any materials. Your role will also include ensuring all invoices and route sheets are completed properly and accurately, overseeing and directing Service Writers in their performance, assisting Service Writers in the resolution of customer concerns, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the shop, service drive, and overall facility.
