About the position

As an Automotive Service Manager at Next Cars, you will lead a team of service technicians to deliver exceptional automotive maintenance and repair services. Your role will focus on increasing car count and sales through effective management and practical plans, leveraging your automotive industry background and experience with reputable automotive shops. You will be responsible for overseeing service writing, auto estimating, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service technicians to provide automotive maintenance and repair services.
• Increase car count and sales through effective management and practical plans.
• Advise, guide, and assist technicians whenever necessary.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, service writing, and auto estimating.
• Utilize the R O Writer Pose system and Identifix for service management.
• Ensure punctuality and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Valid ASE Certification is preferred.
• Experience in upselling automotive services is required.
• Strong background in the automotive industry with a record of successful GP growth.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge.
• Experience with transmissions, oil changes, and brake repairs.
