About the position
The Automotive Service Porter at Infiniti of Nashua is responsible for managing vehicle flow within the dealership, assisting with customer service, and maintaining the organization of the service lot. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service operations.
Responsibilities
- Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed
- Assists with vehicle flow within dealership as service tickets are generated
- Uses the automated car wash for vehicle cleaning
- Shuttles vehicles and customers on/off premises when needed
- Maintains organization of customer vehicles in service lot
- Assists with snow removal when needed
- Performs Alignment Checks, Battery Tests, and Tire Tread Depth on every vehicle that comes in for service
- Works with the Service Advisor to expedite the service write-up process for customer satisfaction
- Performs tasks assigned from day to day by the service manager
