About the position

The Automotive Service Videographer position involves recording and documenting automotive service processes while ensuring excellent customer service. The role is designed for individuals with automotive experience who can effectively communicate with technicians and customers, contributing to a productive and professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Record work specified on the repair order
• Record the technicians' diagnoses, including washer fluid, air filters, tires, etc.
• Communicate directly with the technicians to inform customers of any additional services needed.
• Check and communicate oil levels to teammates
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Complete vehicle inspections
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Provide excellent customer service, keeping the customer's perspective in mind.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check.
