We are seeking a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team at Almir's Automotive. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive services and possess mechanical knowledge to support our service technicians. This role involves assisting with various tasks, including picking up parts, diagnosing cars, performing brake jobs, and oil changes as needed. The work environment is fun yet fast-paced, requiring the ability to keep up with the demands of the job.
Responsibilities
- Assist service technicians in daily tasks and projects
- Handle power tools and equipment
- Drive to get parts from various locations when needed
- Perform brake jobs and oil changes as needed
- Move vehicles around the lot
- Clean up the shop area
Requirements
- Basic automotive knowledge (formal shop experience preferred)
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a valid driver's license
Benefits
