About the position

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of its automotive service locations. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales through effective team leadership and relationship building. The Store Manager will coordinate the workflow of technicians and recommend services to customers, contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and develop relationships to exceed expectations.
• Coordinate the workflow of technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers.
• Manage daily operations and ensure the store meets profitability goals.
• Lead and motivate the service team to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales, operations, or management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Automotive experience in direct repair, diagnostics, general repairs, and maintenance.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer and phone skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• High School diploma or GED required, college preferred.
