Responsibilities

• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs on vehicles.

• Conduct brake repairs, fluid exchanges, and preventative maintenance.
• Provide excellent guest service and clear communication about vehicle status.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Report safety issues to management immediately.
• Promote teamwork and deliver timely guest care during operating hours.
• Mentor junior automotive technicians.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of automotive experience including brake repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Commitment to learning new technologies in the automotive industry.
• Ability to analyze and interpret information to identify problems.

Nice-to-haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• ASE Certification.
• Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Experience with electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel ignition.
