About The Position
We are seeking an Automotive Technician to join our busy shop. This position offers a competitive pay plan of up to $70/hr along with a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Our team is known for its camaraderie and we pride ourselves on maintaining a clean and well-equipped shop with bright LED lighting. We focus on providing high-quality auto repair and customer service, emphasizing higher value maintenance and repairs rather than just oil changes. Our digital inspection process builds trust with our customers and ensures transparency in our findings. Additionally, we offer a weekly bonus plan based on hours billed, with extra incentives for exceeding 40, 50, and 60 hours. We also provide a range of benefits including medical and dental insurance, a 401k plan, and paid vacation. Our working hours are Monday through Friday, with no late nights required. We also support our technicians with training opportunities and employee pricing for immediate family on repairs.
